Dal Makhani is the crown jewel of Punjabi vegetarian cooking, and at Doaba Meat Shop and Take-out Restaurant, we prepare it with patience and care. Our dal is made with whole black lentils (urad dal) and rajma (kidney beans), soaked overnight and slow-cooked for hours.
